Casarti Studio is a Interior Architecture Design studio located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Where each project is approached with a commitment to a collective memory, research, and a deep understanding of the client's unique needs and aspirations. We believe that architecture is more than mere structure; it is a form of artistic expression that can shape experiences and evoke emotions. With a focus on poetic and spatial experience, our goal is to translate these insights into a sense of place- an experience that indulges the senses through thoughtfully selected materials and crafted spatial design.

My journey in design reflects a blend of international experience and academic exploration. These experiences taught me the importance of aligning design with user needs, effective project management and the art of crafting memorable places. Returning to the Netherlands, I pursued a Master's in Interior Architecture at Zuyd University, where I was honored to receive a scholarship that supported my studies. My thesis focused on the concept of emptiness and how space can evoke emotion and memory. This academic period allowed me to dive into the power of spatial experiences and deepen my understanding of how thoughtful design choices-such as the selection of materials, textures, and light- can transform a room into a story, a place into a sensory journey.
Ruben's design reflection is implemented in Casarti Studio to bring this combined perspective to every project, creating environment that are as functional and practical as they are resonant and inspiring.
